When any weapon is picked up, it will be shown in display, if there is no weapon, the display will be shown empty Time, Ammo, Energy, Weapons, Score, POWs and Multiplier displays are in the same place as the arcade screen, you only have to set them as you want THIS HUD IS BASED ON ARCADE VERSION (i marked with yellow the place where black lines must go) Anthology version is similar to arcade, but places HUD elements a bit far PS2 doesn't have black lines, but stretches all sprites and HUD -> PlayStation2 Arcade version has two black lines in top and bottom of the background, and HUD is spotted like here is shown -> Arcade Something strange is that different versions of MS6 have different screens: ![]() ![]() This means that HUD sprites are different, they are not a resize of original but a redraw of most of them in higher resolution, that's the reason why MS6 has its own HUD sprites First, it has a resolution of 640x480p, double as other Metal Slugs, including MSXX.
